These custom rubber tips are developed around a mating end and an intended contact surface. The socket shape, engagement depth and outer profile determine how the tip is retained and where the force reaches the rubber. Those details should be established before color or other visible features are selected.
ETOL offers dimensional customization and options for rubber material, hardness and branding. Identify the actual role of the component when defining its construction. A tip used to cover a shaft end has different functional requirements from one intended for an electrical contact interface, even if the outside shapes are similar.
Check the fit on the complete mating part, including any corner, taper or shoulder that controls insertion. The rubber should settle into its intended position without a thin section being stretched over an obstruction. Inspect the contact face after assembly and ensure that the component remains retained during the intended handling motion. Keep the inside clean during fitting, and replace a damaged or permanently distorted tip rather than relying on extra force to restore its original shape.
For a tip shared across several designs, compare the mating ends directly. An identical outer appearance does not establish the same socket engagement, and a subtle shoulder change can leave one version incompletely seated.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The socket shape, engagement depth and outer profile determine how the tip is retained and where the force reaches the rubber. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
