Rubber feet for equipment provide custom molded contact points beneath a device or machine. The profile should fit the base mounting area and maintain the intended clearance from the supporting surface. For a warm base, the compound and attachment both need suitable operating conditions.
Check the temperature at the feet during the actual equipment cycle. The surrounding room temperature may not represent the contact beneath the enclosure. Fasteners, adhesive, or other retention features should be selected for the same environment where they are used.
Arrange the feet to support the base evenly without covering intended ventilation or service openings. Fit them onto clean mounting surfaces and inspect the complete equipment with cables and accessories in place. A heat-resistant description does not establish a universal temperature or load rating. During maintenance, look for deformation, loosening, and damaged contact faces. Replace missing or worn feet with matching height and construction so the original stance is preserved, and keep grit or residue from collecting beneath the rubber.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
