Suction cups used in a glass table need to suit the table's intended support and retention design. The glass contact and the receiving frame determine where the cup should sit and how force reaches it. A cup attached to glass does not by itself establish the structural capacity or stability of the table.
Check the stem or mounting feature where present, along with the space between the frame and glass. The selected cup should contact the glass as intended without forcing one support higher than the others. Surface coatings, residue and local curvature can affect contact even when the glass appears smooth.
Evaluate the completed furniture arrangement rather than inferring a load from a super-suction description. Keep contact surfaces clean when the glass is removed or repositioned. Inspect all supports for a displaced or deteriorated cup before returning the table to ordinary use. Replace components with the intended geometry so the glass continues to rest in its designed position rather than bridging an uneven set of contact points.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
