A rubber suction cup with plastic hooks provides a removable hanging point on a compatible smooth surface. The cup needs to form continuous contact around its rim, while the hook carries the hanging item away from that surface. The shape and projection of the hook influence how the load acts on the cup.
Choose a clean, nonporous area without joints or texture beneath the sealing edge. Press the cup into full contact using the intended attachment method, then check that the hook sits in its working orientation. A load that pulls outward or swings can peel the rim differently from an item hanging close to the wall.
No specific carrying capacity is established by the cup diameter alone. Use the assembly only within its verified limits and avoid positions where unexpected release would damage something below. Inspect the rim for trapped dirt and the plastic hook for cracks during use. Detach by releasing the cup edge rather than pulling sharply on the hook, which can stress its connection.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The cup needs to form continuous contact around its rim, while the hook carries the hanging item away from that surface. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
