Clear double-sided suction cups create a removable connection between two suitable facing surfaces. Each side needs its own clean, smooth contact area; a good seat on one side cannot compensate for an incomplete seat on the other. The silicone component can be customized in size and color to suit the intended arrangement.
Glass is a useful surface to consider because its smoothness allows the cup edge to make continuous contact. Check the actual location for texture, coatings, scratches, or curvature that may interrupt that contact. The spacing between the two attached items should also allow both cup faces to settle without being twisted sideways.
Press each face into position evenly and check the assembled connection before relying on it. Weight, orientation, and sideways force affect the practical hold, so assess the intended setup rather than assuming a capacity from the cup diameter. To remove it, release an edge in a controlled way instead of pulling the two items apart sharply. Clean both faces before reuse and inspect the thin rims for damage.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
