A Colored Silicone Suction Cup can be customized in dimensions, structure and hardness from 20 to 80 Shore A. Transparent, red, orange and green are among the available color choices, with other colors selectable for the design. Use color to identify a meaningful variant while retaining the physical details that determine contact and mounting.
Two cups with the same appearance may differ in body height or lip profile. Keep those working dimensions associated with the intended location, especially when several cup sizes are replaced during maintenance. Check that each fitted cup reaches the surface in its designed position without being overcompressed.
Select the finished silicone formulation for the contacting material and cleaning conditions. Evaluate the complete suction arrangement under the actual orientation and use, rather than assigning performance by color or hardness alone. Clean the rim and inspect for a damaged edge before refitting. A clear identification scheme helps the correct cup return to its position, while an intact profile allows the contact to be assessed on its actual merits.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
