Vacuum silicone suction cups need evaluation through the sequence in which the attached item is contacted, moved and released. A strong initial seal does not establish the same retention under every later direction of force. The complete vacuum connection and operating motion should be considered with the cup profile.
Check that the rim can make continuous contact on the receiving surface without interference from texture or contamination. The mounting feature should hold the cup in its intended alignment, and the selected formulation should suit the workpiece and environment. A professional or strong-vacuum label does not establish a carrying capacity by itself.
Inspect the setup after adjustments that change the attached item's position. During maintenance, examine the working edge and connection for damage or leakage. Replace a worn cup with the defined geometry instead of compensating for poor contact through unverified changes in system settings. Keep the intended release method available so detachment does not unnecessarily stress the rim or mounting transition.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The complete vacuum connection and operating motion should be considered with the cup profile. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
