A double-sided silicone vacuum suction cup provides two opposing suction-contact faces in one molded component. The 55 mm size designation should be considered with the full profile, including overall height and the shape of each face. Both receiving surfaces need to suit the cup for the arrangement to work as intended.
Check the available contact area on each side independently. A smooth first surface does not compensate for texture, curvature, or a seam on the second. The two surfaces also need to be positioned so the rubber is not held in a permanent twist or sideways bend after attachment.
Plan the fitting sequence and leave access for release. Pressing one face into place can disturb the other if the surrounding parts force the cup out of alignment. Evaluate the complete arrangement with the actual load, orientation, and expected movement rather than assigning capacity from the 55 mm designation alone. Keep both faces clean and inspect both lips for cuts or deformation. Recheck attachment after repositioning either side, and avoid locations where an unexpected detachment would cause injury or damage. A double-sided form requires two suitable contacts, not just one successful suction connection.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
