A silicone vacuum glass suction cup can be customized with screw or hook attachment arrangements. The choice should follow how the attached component will act on the cup and where the contact can be placed on the glass. Check the available continuous surface, keeping the lip clear of edges, joints and raised details.
A screw connection locates a mating part mechanically, while a hook introduces a particular hanging position. In either case, evaluate whether normal use tends to pull straight from the surface, slide the cup or peel one edge away. The complete arrangement needs to suit the intended item and orientation; glass contact alone does not establish a holding rating.
Clean the glass and silicone contact region before fitting, using methods suitable for both surfaces. Inspect for grit that could interfere with seating or mark the glass. For removal, release the suction deliberately instead of levering against the attachment. Recheck the lip before moving the cup to a new position, especially if an edge has been stretched or caught during separation.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
