A rectangular rubber plug with holes combines an outer fitting profile with several internal passages. The rectangle locates the component in the assembly, while the holes need to align with the items or openings they serve. Their positions should therefore be defined from the same reference features as the external profile.
Compression molding can develop a neoprene or other selected rubber configuration around those requirements. Consider the material between neighboring holes as well as the overall dimensions, and check whether seating the outer body changes the passage shape.
Trial the plug in its intended orientation before routing the mating components through it. Avoid using a reversed rectangular outline simply because it can be pressed into the opening; the hole positions may no longer match the design. After assembly, inspect for a pinched passage or a retained edge that has lifted. Keep the routed items independently supported where required so their combined weight or movement does not distort the molded plug within its seat.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
