A transparent conductive pills silicone keypad needs its contact pills positioned to meet the intended circuit areas during a press. The surrounding silicone locates and moves each key, while the pills provide the developed contact interface. Transparency does not replace a dimensional check of that underside arrangement.
Evaluate the selected pill material and mating circuit for the required electrical response. The housing and support should guide presses without allowing a key to lean enough to contact outside its intended region.
Check the assembled keypad at the center and edges of each key, including return after held inputs. Inspect whether neighboring keys remain free. During fitting, keep the pills clean and seat the sheet without stretching it to align the visible artwork. If response differs across the layout, examine circuit alignment and local support as well as the molded keys. Clean the visible silicone through a compatible process and follow the finished product's service method for the contact region.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The surrounding silicone locates and moves each key, while the pills provide the developed contact interface. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
