Rubber chair leg tips cover the contact end of a chair leg, but their wear pattern depends on how that leg meets the floor. An angled leg can press more heavily against one side of the tip. A suitable internal profile and base shape should accommodate the chair's geometry instead of forcing the cover to lean under load.
Look at the old tip before choosing a replacement. A thin patch on one side can reveal concentrated contact, while damage around the opening may indicate a poor grip or repeated movement. Simply choosing a thicker version can leave the underlying alignment problem unchanged.
Fit the replacement fully and compare its contact with the other legs. Check that the chair rests steadily without a rubber sidewall folded beneath the base. Keep grit from collecting under the contact faces, especially on floors where chairs are moved frequently. Reinspect newly fitted tips after use; a repeating wear mark in the same location is a reason to reassess the shape and seated position.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
