Adjustable rubber bumpers used as leveling feet let compatible support arrangements change height while retaining rubber contact faces. The adjustment and the cushioning section perform different roles. The receiving hardware must hold the chosen setting while the rubber meets the supporting surface in its intended orientation.
Check usable adjustment travel and the required engagement of the threaded or other setting feature. Extending one support beyond its intended range can change stability even if the equipment appears level. The base geometry should still provide suitable contact after adjustment rather than resting on one edge.
Make the settings through the assembly's intended procedure and assess all support points together. Any load or vibration requirement needs evaluation for the complete arrangement. During service, distinguish a changed adjustment from a rubber face that has worn or compressed unevenly. Continually increasing the height to compensate for deterioration can leave the original problem unresolved and reduce the remaining engagement of the leveling feature.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. Adjustable levelers rubber bumper feet let a compatible support arrangement change height while retaining a rubber contact face. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
