Small rubber feet provide compact floor contacts for matching chair legs. Their receiving profile and base should fit the actual support while preserving the intended seated height. Custom dimensions and material choices allow the tip to be developed around a narrow furniture member.
Inspect the underside carefully because a small base may hide the leg-end contact within a limited area. Keep the underlying member free from rough edges before fitting, and let it reach the intended internal seat. A cap perched on its opening can loosen during movement.
Check the chair on its normal surface after fitting all feet. Remove trapped grit and ensure the bases have not rolled to one side. Select the formulation for that floor finish and the cleaning conditions. During service, compare the center wear with the remaining wall thickness rather than judging only the outer rim. Replace a damaged foot with the matching profile, including its seating depth. Using an oversized cap to cover wear can leave the small leg unsupported within the cavity and change its contact.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. A cap perched on its opening can loosen during movement. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
