Auto silicone buttons need to respond when reached from the hand positions used around the vehicle control panel. A driver or passenger may press a button from an angle, making side clearance and support beneath the key relevant to the design. The conductive contact should reach its intended circuit position without the top catching against the surrounding opening.
Coordinate key shape, travel, locating features, and the bezel dimensions. Consider the actual temperature and cleaning conditions at the installation. Custom colors or legends can distinguish functions, with their visibility checked once the panel is installed at its working angle.
Assemble the keypad without residual stretch and test it with the final electronics. Include off center presses and check that neighboring buttons remain released. During service, look for wear on one side of a key that may indicate repeated bezel contact. Correct the alignment or clearance as appropriate before fitting a replacement, so the next button does not start operating against the same interfering edge.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
