A Silicone laser etched keypad provides molded push buttons with tailored etched identification. The legend should remain recognizable on the usable key surface while the rubber moves through a press. Its position therefore needs to be considered with key curvature, enclosure overlap and the normal viewing angle.
Check a finished sample at rest and during operation. A mark placed near a steep sidewall can become harder to see as the button deforms or the finger covers part of it. Keep the main symbol within a practical viewing area and avoid reducing a long label to a size that is clear only in enlarged artwork.
Custom size, Pantone colors and hardness from 20 to 80 Shore A are available. Evaluate those choices with the complete membrane and switching assembly so the visual and mechanical design remain coordinated. If illumination is used, assess the final lighting arrangement rather than treating etching alone as a guarantee of a particular appearance. During care, avoid picking at fine marks with a sharp object. A key that rubs the housing should have its fit corrected before the resulting abrasion reaches the legend area.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
