A Cup Holder Suction Mount supports the attachment of a holder to a suitable surface. The complete holder arrangement should be evaluated for more than the resting weight of a cup. Reaching for the cup, replacing it at an angle or brushing against the holder can apply sideways force and create a turning effect at the suction base.
ETOL customizes the mount's material, dimensions, hardness and color, with hardness options from 30 to 90 Shore A. Match the cup profile to the available contact area and develop the attachment so the holder does not distort the suction rim. Surface curvature and texture must be considered alongside mounting space.
Evaluate the assembly with the intended holder, cup sizes and direction of use. Check contact after repeated removal and replacement of the cup, using representative surface conditions. No general load figure can replace this assessment of the complete arrangement.
Keep the suction surface clean and inspect the rim for nicks or curling before reuse. If the holder begins to lean, check both its mechanical connection and the suction contact. A loose holder joint can apply an uneven force to an otherwise intact cup, while contamination beneath the rim requires attention at the surface interface.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
