A rubber bolt stopper plug is a molded closure developed for a matching bolt-related opening or assembly feature. The engaging section and exposed head should be shaped around that feature so the plug can sit properly without interfering with nearby hardware. Its appearance alone does not establish whether it provides retention, sealing or protection in a particular assembly.
ETOL can customize silicone and other rubber components in the required dimensions, hardness and color. Identify the surface that the plug will actually engage, including any thread, recess or shoulder that changes the available space. A threaded opening can have sharp contact points, so fitting trials should check for cuts as well as insertion force.
Where food contact is involved, choose the formulation for the contents, temperature and cleaning conditions of that use. Keep the plug accessible for the intended cleaning or replacement procedure. After fitting, examine the head and surrounding surface for trapped residue or an uneven seat. Remove a damaged closure rather than pushing it deeper to hide a torn edge.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
