A silicone stopper with a screw profile is a custom rubber closure whose engagement must correspond to the opening it is intended to close. The screw-form description makes the mating geometry particularly important: a plug should not be selected simply because its maximum outside diameter resembles the hole size.
Establish the engagement shape, available depth, and intended seating position. Any head or shoulder must have clearance to reach its stop without colliding with surrounding features. The flexible material should engage evenly rather than being forced across an incompatible profile, which can damage the working surface while giving a misleading impression of tightness.
Install using the intended hand or tool interface and avoid excessive force once the designed seating position is reached. Inspect the engagement area after removal for torn edges or lasting distortion, especially if the plug is reused. A screw-shaped fit does not by itself establish leakage resistance or pressure capability. Where containment is required, evaluate the actual closure and mating component under the intended conditions, and keep debris away from the surfaces that provide the seal.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The screw plug's mating geometry and full engagement profile matter beyond its maximum outside diameter. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
