Match the attachment and installation method
An 8mm small silicone rubber hole plug needs its size reference related to the actual contact profile. The head, inserted body and any retaining feature may have different widths, so the visible outside dimension alone does not establish the opening it will fit.
Measure the finished hole and its thickness, then compare the intended engagement section. ETOL can customize the size, material, hardness and color. Leave room for the plug's handling area if the closure must be removed during ordinary maintenance.
Seat the part gently without driving through its center with a tool. A small lip can fold into the opening unnoticed if the entire head is pressed at once. Check the perimeter after fitting and inspect the hidden side where access permits. Remove loose debris before replacement so fragments of an old part do not remain beneath the new seat. If insertion requires unusual force, verify the profile before continuing; forcing a near match can damage the rubber while leaving the head looking almost correctly positioned.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
