A rubber stopper fitted to a chair or table leg needs to fit the specific leg profile while maintaining the furniture's intended resting height. The part may be securely attached to one leg yet still cause rocking if it seats at a different depth from the remaining supports.
Measure the mating section and check corner radii or internal features as applicable. Remove burrs from a cut leg end before fitting, and make sure the stopper can reach its designed position without an obstruction. The outer contact face should suit the leg angle and the supporting surface.
Fit and assess the complete set on the assembled furniture. Check for uneven contact, exposed hard edges, and any movement of the stopper during ordinary relocation. The rubber component does not establish the load capacity of the chair or table. During care, remove grit from the contact faces and inspect wear across all positions. Replace with a compatible height and profile rather than assuming that any closure fitting the same nominal leg width will preserve stable support.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
