A flat rubber washer provides a custom circular layer between mating parts. Its dimensions should match the central opening and supported contact area, with thickness selected for the available compression. A flat section and a round O-ring section require different receiving geometry even when their overall diameters are similar.
For a warm application, choose the compound for the actual temperature and duration of exposure. The medium and cleaning substances also need to be included. A heat-resistant description does not establish a universal operating limit or make one ring profile interchangeable with another.
Inspect the mating surfaces before assembly and place the washer flat without stretching it out of shape. Keep it aligned as the joint closes, avoiding pinched edges near fasteners or shoulders. Evaluate the complete assembly under its intended conditions. During replacement, check for damage or unevenness in the receiving faces and use the correct section and material so the original spacing and sealing arrangement remain as designed.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
