Product Overview

Selecting non slip rubber feet for chair furniture involves more than choosing a soft contact surface. The foot has to fit the leg securely and work with the actual flooring, load, and way the chair is moved. Sliding resistance should be assessed on that combination rather than assumed from the rubber name or surface appearance.

Match the mounting feature to the leg and keep the installed height consistent across the chair. A foot that is only partly engaged can lean under load, reducing the intended contact area. Where the chair is frequently repositioned, check that normal movement does not roll the edge or pull the fitting away from its support.

Keep the underside free of grit and cleaning residue. Such contamination can affect floor contact and may mark a finish even when the part itself is undamaged. During routine care, inspect the edges and attachment before the hard leg becomes exposed. If the flooring or furniture use changes, reassess the feet on the new surface instead of carrying over the previous result.

Material options
Custom rubber compound and color, selected for the contact conditions and required geometry.
Hardness range
30–90 Shore A for rubber. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: The foot has to fit the leg securely and work with the actual flooring, load, and way the chair is moved.
Custom profile & fit
Match the mounting feature to the leg and keep the installed height consistent across the chair.
Assembly considerations
A foot that is only partly engaged can lean under load, reducing the intended contact area.
Design check
Sliding resistance should be assessed on that combination rather than assumed from the rubber name or surface appearance.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
