A protective rubber case adds a custom molded outer layer around a product. The profile should follow the device body while leaving the features needed during operation accessible. Size, color, and compound can be selected around the intended fit and handling conditions.
Check controls, connectors, openings, and service points with the case installed. A thick edge can prevent a plug from seating, and an incorrectly positioned opening can obstruct a button or intended ventilation path. The rubber should remain located without pressing continuously on a control.
Fit the case onto a clean device and inspect the corners and edges for lifting. Check the product with its normal cables and accessories attached rather than as an empty shell. The complete device and cover determine any required impact or ingress performance; a rubber exterior alone does not establish a rating. During cleaning, remove trapped dust between the case and body using a method suited to both materials. Replace a torn or loose cover if it no longer follows the intended profile.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
