Match the attachment and installation method
A round rubber washer should remain concentric with the feature it surrounds as the connection closes. The outside shape may be circular, but uneven support or a large center clearance can still let it move off the intended contact band. Match the inner diameter, outer diameter, and thickness to the complete joint rather than selecting from a single visible measurement.
Check the mating faces for shoulders, recesses, or fasteners that alter support. Select the rubber compound for the contacting medium and temperature. If the part is used as a seal, the closed assembly needs a continuous supported contact path around its opening.
Place the washer flat before bringing the faces together. Inspect for a shifted edge where access allows and avoid using a rotating fastener to pull the rubber into position. During maintenance, look for wear concentrated on one side, which can indicate locating or alignment problems. A replacement should restore the intended seat instead of merely covering the same opening with an approximate ring.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
