Rubber wire bushings molded in silicone form custom passages around wiring. Each bushing can be adapted to a receiving feature, with a sleeve portion that follows the wire beyond that location. The design should keep the passage aligned with the intended route rather than forcing the wire around an abrupt edge.
Use the actual wire or bundle dimensions when defining the inside profile. A group of loose wires may need a different passage from a single jacketed cable. The outer seating area also needs to match the component that holds the sleeve, including available depth and surrounding clearance.
Fit the part without rolling the sleeve or pinching a wire between the rubber and its seat. After routing, check that the wire does not pull the bushing to one side. Provide the support needed by the complete assembly instead of relying on sleeve contact alone to carry a hanging cable. During maintenance, inspect the concealed entry area when access is available and replace a sleeve whose wall has been cut or worn through.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
