Product Overview

Rubber engine mounts work as a set of support positions, so the condition of the remaining mounts matters when one component is replaced. A new mount may restore its own profile while older elements remain compressed differently, changing how the engine rests relative to the surrounding structure.

Use the engine assembly's specified service process and component configuration. Compare the attachment geometry and material assignment at each location rather than assuming all mounts are interchangeable. Orientation can matter where the molded profile or fixing arrangement is not symmetrical.

After the engine is supported in its intended installed condition, the complete system needs its relevant verification, including connected clearances and mounting behavior. The rubber dimensions or hardness alone do not define an engine capacity or isolation result. Inspection should include changed position, uneven deformation, and any rigid contact that was absent in the original arrangement. If the same mount repeatedly deteriorates, investigate load distribution and local exposure as well as the replacement part; changing that component alone may leave the cause elsewhere in the support system.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Inspection should include changed position, uneven deformation, and any rigid contact that was absent in the original arrangement.
Custom geometry
The rubber dimensions or hardness alone do not define an engine capacity or isolation result.
Fit evaluation
Compare the attachment geometry and material assignment at each location rather than assuming all mounts are interchangeable.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; part identification clear of mounting seats and loaded faces.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach

03

Evaluate the sample

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly

04

Produce & inspect

Manufacture and check against the approved requirements

Review the intended assembly

Working conditions

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.

Material and structure

Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.

Installation

Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
