Vacuum rubber suction cups with screw and nuts should be assembled so the hardware secures the cup without twisting its flexible face. The screw, nut and receiving surface need a defined relationship, including engagement depth and any locating features. The intended assembly sequence should leave the rim evenly aligned.
Custom dimensions, rubber material, hardness and color can follow the application. Check tool access and surrounding clearance before selecting the mounting geometry. A nut that cannot be reached without gripping the rim may make consistent assembly difficult.
Evaluate the completed cup on the actual surface and under representative force directions. Inspect contact after fastening and again after normal placement and release cycles. No general holding capacity can be assigned from the hardware combination alone. During maintenance, examine screw and nut security separately from rim damage or contamination. If the cup begins to tilt, review the attachment position before replacing the rubber. Keep spare parts protected from pressure that could distort the contact edge before installation.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The screw, nut and receiving surface need a defined relationship, including engagement depth and any locating features. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
