Product Overview

A white silicone rubber stopper with a threaded profile must match its mating opening. The thread form, engagement length and seating surface should be selected together so the stopper reaches its intended position without twisting the flexible body out of shape.

ETOL can adapt dimensions, material, hardness and color. Compare the actual mating thread and the space available beneath the head. A similar outside diameter does not establish compatible thread engagement, and a stopper should not be forced into a thread that begins unevenly.

Start the engagement squarely and turn through the intended handling area. Stop if the stopper tilts or requires unexpected force, then inspect for debris or misalignment. Evaluate the completed closure under the specified service conditions rather than using additional tightening to compensate for an unsuitable seat.

During removal, follow the intended release direction and keep sharp tools away from the molded thread. Clean the engaged profile and examine it for torn ridges or permanent deformation before fitting again. Where blue and white versions distinguish assembly choices, maintain that identification consistently while still verifying the actual dimensions and material selected for each position.

Material options
Custom silicone compound; formulation and geometry developed together.
Hardness selection
Silicone options: 20–80 Shore A. The thread form, engagement length and seating surface should be selected together so the stopper reaches its intended position without twisting the flexible body out of shape.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
