A drilled silicone stopper should have its passage developed around the component that occupies it. The outside profile must fit its opening while the hole inside the stopper accommodates the intended tube, wire or other specified part.
ETOL offers custom sizes, materials, hardness and colors. Establish the hole location and its relation to the outer seat before selecting the profile. An offset or crowded passage can leave a thin rubber section that is overstretched during assembly.
Fit the inserted component without dragging sharp ends against the bore. Keep the outer stopper aligned in its seat and check that the inner passage has not distorted as the assembly is completed. Evaluate any required sealing function with both interfaces present. During removal, release the assembly by its intended method rather than using the through-component as a lever. Inspect the hole edge for tearing and clean away trapped residue before reuse. Do not enlarge the passage informally to accommodate a changed part without reviewing the remaining rubber and fit.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The outside profile must fit its opening while the hole inside the stopper accommodates the intended tube, wire or other specified part. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
