A silicone sleeve base for an electric toothbrush needs to fit the lower body while preserving the functions located there. The custom shape should account for charging interfaces, standing surfaces, and any openings on the particular toothbrush. A sleeve that fits the outside diameter can still obstruct a feature beneath or beside the base.
Consider how the sleeve is installed, removed, and cleaned. Its edges should not create an inaccessible pocket that traps residue against the toothbrush body. If the design remains fitted during charging, evaluate the complete arrangement with the intended charger rather than assuming the added material has no effect on seating.
Inspect the fitted toothbrush for stable standing and unobstructed access to its normal functions. The sanitary description does not mean the sleeve cleans or disinfects itself. Follow a cleaning approach suitable for the assembled product and allow the relevant surfaces to return to their intended condition before refitting. Check for a loose edge or trapped moisture during care, especially where the sleeve closely surrounds the original base profile.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
