Product Overview

A silicone protective sleeve for an electric toothbrush should leave the controls in their normal resting condition. A molded button area that is misplaced or too tightly restrained can press on the underlying control continuously, even when the cover appears neatly fitted around the handle.

Locate the sleeve around the actual control positions and review the space for their movement. Check the covered toothbrush both before and after the sleeve reaches its final seated position. If operation changes as the cover is moved or compressed by the hand, examine alignment and local restraint rather than assuming the electronic switch is faulty.

The sleeve should also preserve visibility of any required indicators and access to the device's normal features. It does not establish an additional protection rating. During care, use the toothbrush's specified cleaning method and inspect concealed areas when removal is permitted. A sleeve that has stretched or shifted should be replaced with the appropriate profile rather than trimmed around a control, which can leave a damaged edge and change how the remaining material is retained.

Material options
Custom silicone compound; formulation and geometry developed together.
Hardness selection
Silicone options: 20–80 Shore A. If operation changes as the cover is moved or compressed by the hand, examine alignment and local restraint rather than assuming the electronic switch is faulty.
Custom geometry
Locate the sleeve around the actual control positions and review the space for their movement.
Fit evaluation
Check the covered toothbrush both before and after the sleeve reaches its final seated position.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; identification clear of folds and end connections.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
