Rubber feet for cutting boards raise the board slightly above the worktop and provide discrete contact areas beneath it. Their placement should keep the board steady during ordinary preparation, including pressure applied near its edges. A foot close to the center cannot support an overhanging corner in the same way as one positioned nearer that edge.
The selected material, fastening and board construction must suit the intended cleaning routine. A soft rubber surface does not automatically establish food-contact suitability or dishwasher compatibility. Pay attention to the recess around each attachment, where moisture or residue may collect after washing.
Fit a consistent set without leaving exposed hardware beneath the contact faces. Check the board on a clean worktop before use; oil, water and loose food particles can change how securely it rests. Wash and dry the underside as well as the upper surface. Replace feet that loosen, split or compress unevenly so the board does not rock while pressure is applied during food preparation.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
