A rubber corner protector can be custom molded around the point where two or more surfaces meet. Its internal angle, coverage length, and outer shape need to follow the actual corner. Material, hardness, dimensions, and color can be selected for the intended protective role.
Check the corner radius and any trim or seam near it. A protector may contact one face while remaining lifted from another if the internal profile differs. Its attachment arrangement should keep it located without interfering with nearby openings, moving parts, or required access.
Fit the component through the designed method and inspect each covered face rather than viewing only the outside point. The complete application determines the protection needed; a soft cover does not establish a particular impact rating. During care, remove debris from exposed edges and check for lifting, cuts, or permanent deformation. Replace with the matching internal geometry so that the original corner coverage is maintained instead of forcing a generic angle onto a different surface profile.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
