A rubber corner guard adds a molded covering over a sharp corner or edge. The custom profile should follow the receiving angle and thickness so the rubber sits securely across the area intended for coverage. The fit depends on the corner geometry rather than the outside appearance of the guard alone.
Check the angle, edge radius, and available contact length on each side. A guard that fits one face but lifts from the other may leave the corner exposed or become loose during handling. The attachment method needs to suit the substrate and the expected contact conditions.
Install the guard on a clean, sound surface using the retention arrangement intended by the design. Inspect the coverage from different directions and check that normal movement does not displace it. The rubber layer does not eliminate every risk from a sharp corner or establish a particular impact rating. During care, remove trapped dirt and inspect for peeling, tears, or loosening. Replace damaged guards before relying on them to cover the underlying edge.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
