Custom rubber push buttons keypads need their operating faces and supporting mat developed with the device housing. Silicone geometry should provide the movement required by the mechanism while the base remains correctly located. Key height alone does not define the finished action.
Check the space beneath each button through its intended stroke. Supports should retain the surrounding base without pressing on the region that needs to flex. The housing openings must also leave the faces free during an angled touch.
Evaluate the keypad after the enclosure is fully fastened, including return after a held press and transitions between adjacent controls. Select the material for the actual environment and cleaning method. During fitting, keep the underside clean and inspect for a folded edge before closing the housing. If servicing changes a nearby support, recheck the affected controls. Restore the original locating arrangement whenever the mat is removed so that the intended key travel and rest positions remain consistent.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
