Threaded suction cups provide a defined connection to a mounting component, but the thread should be selected alongside the cup's working orientation. A compatible screw can hold the hardware securely while still positioning the load where it tends to peel the rim from the surface. The complete geometry determines how that force is transferred.
Check thread size, engagement depth, and the space around the connection. Keep the rubber body free from residual twist after tightening. Choose the silicone cup profile around the actual surface condition and assess the attached component's load and movement in its intended position.
Clean the lip before fitting and verify continuous contact around the rim. Release the cup before making adjustments that rotate the mounting hardware. During maintenance, inspect both the thread connection and the flexible region beneath it for damage. If the rim repeatedly lifts at one point, review mounting alignment and load offset as well as surface cleanliness instead of simply tightening the thread further against the rubber assembly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
