A rubber silicone suction cup attached with screws can be customized around the support to which it is mounted. The attachment dimensions should locate the cup without pulling its body into an uneven shape. Define the working height and contact footprint at the same time as the screw arrangement.
Inspect the component before and after fastening. A change in cup angle or lip position can indicate that the mounting surface or connection is distorting the rubber. Check clearance around the attachment so nearby hardware does not become an unintended stop when the cup contacts the working surface.
Select the finished material for the surface and conditions of use. Evaluate the complete suction arrangement under the intended orientation and movement. During replacement, keep the fastening area clean and avoid using the flexible rim to turn the component. Inspect for tears near the attachment and damage along the lip before reuse. A new part should preserve both the mechanical fit and the contact geometry needed at the operating position.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. A change in cup angle or lip position can indicate that the mounting surface or connection is distorting the rubber. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
