A silicone rubber suction cup is a custom contact component for a vacuum handling arrangement. Its size and form should suit both the workpiece surface and the connection through which the equipment establishes vacuum. Pay attention to the path between the mounting connection and the cup contact area when developing the assembly.
Check that installation does not obstruct the intended airflow or distort the cup around its attachment. A fitting can look securely mounted while a misaligned or compressed region interferes with operation. Evaluate pickup and release with the actual equipment connection and workpiece, including the time available for each part of the sequence.
Choose the material for the surface and process conditions. Keep debris away from the opening and contact rim during replacement, and inspect the cup if pickup becomes slower or less consistent. Review the connection, vacuum path and lip condition separately so cleaning one surface does not overlook damage elsewhere. A replacement should match the working geometry as well as the visible cup size to preserve the intended approach position.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
