A silicone rubber suction cup with a flat contact form is intended to meet a suitable surface across its rim. For an industrial fixture, the direction in which the load reaches that interface matters as much as the available diameter. A centered approach helps the lip sit evenly before the working force is applied.
Arrange the surrounding mechanism so that it does not continually peel one side of the cup away from the surface. Offset brackets, trailing hoses, or an angled attachment can introduce that movement even when the main force appears straight. The custom size and body geometry should fit within the actual working envelope.
Keep the contact area clear of seams and rough patches. Before use, inspect the lip for damage and remove loose contamination from both contacting surfaces. Holding performance must be assessed with the intended workpiece, orientation, and operating cycle. During release, separate the suction interface in a controlled way instead of using a sudden pull on the fixture. Store the cup without folding its rim under another component.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
