Product Overview

Silicone rubber feet pads provide a flexible contact layer beneath an item that rests on a work surface. Their ability to resist sliding depends on the material, contact area, supported weight and condition of the two surfaces. An anti-slip description should not be treated as a guarantee that the item will remain fixed on every finish.

Choose pad dimensions around the available base area and the forces encountered during use. A small pad near an edge may become overloaded when the item is pushed from one side. The attachment method must also hold the pad to the item; good surface grip is of little use if the pad itself detaches.

Install on clean contact areas using the intended fixing arrangement. Confirm that all pads meet the surface and that the item does not lean. Remove dust or oily residue when movement increases, then inspect for wear or loosening. Avoid assuming that adding extra pads always improves support, since mismatched thicknesses can prevent the original contact points from resting evenly.

Material options
Custom silicone or rubber formulation, with dimensions and color adapted to the mating component.
Hardness range
Silicone: 20–80 Shore A; rubber: 30–90 Shore A. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: Silicone rubber feet pads provide a flexible contact layer beneath an item that rests on a work surface.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
