A non slip silicone pad provides a flexible surface beneath a supported item or at a bumper contact. Its structure, size, hardness and color can be customized. The pad should cover the area where the load actually lands without leaving an exposed edge that is easily caught during movement.
Check the item in its resting position and during normal repositioning. A support that shifts toward the pad's edge can create uneven pressure even if the pad is large enough at first placement. The mounting arrangement should keep the pad located and let its contact face remain flat.
Evaluate grip with the intended mating surface, including its finish and cleanliness. Keep grit from becoming embedded in the silicone, since hard particles can mark the other surface. Inspect for curling or a permanently compressed region during routine care. If the pad is replaced, match its thickness as well as its footprint so the item does not sit at a different angle. Correct a misaligned contact instead of relying on a softer pad to conceal it.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
