A custom molded automotive sleeve around a rubber silicone grommet entry protects the harness transition at an opening. Its shape should be checked after nearby vehicle components are installed, since those parts may change the route or occupy space around the flexible section.
ETOL offers size, material, hardness and color customization. Match the sleeve length to the region requiring protection while keeping the mounting profile suited to the panel. Leave appropriate clearance for clips, trim and connection hardware around the exit.
Install the rubber before access is restricted and inspect its passage after the harness is fed through. When the remaining parts are fitted, check that no cover has pinched the sleeve or pushed the cable into a sharp bend. Support the harness independently so its weight does not load the flange. During service, revisit the entry whenever an adjacent bracket or trim piece is removed. Clean away particles before reseating and replace a torn body rather than hiding the damaged section beneath the refitted component.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. When the remaining parts are fitted, check that no cover has pinched the sleeve or pushed the cable into a sharp bend. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
