A round rubber foot can be customized for a chair leg or table support, with its size and material selected around the furniture. The attachment fit determines how it stays in place, while the base thickness establishes part of the installed height. Those two functions need to be considered together when replacing a worn foot.
Compare the relevant support positions before fitting a replacement. A foot that attaches correctly but differs in thickness can introduce rocking or shift the load toward another leg. The floor-facing shape should also suit the angle at which the leg meets the surface.
Check the leg end for damage or debris that could keep the foot from seating fully. Fit the component using the intended arrangement, then assess the furniture on the surface where it will be used. Keep the contact face clean so that trapped particles do not concentrate beneath it. During routine inspection, look for uneven wear and movement at the attachment. Use compatible replacements across the support system rather than compensating for instability with an arbitrary thicker foot.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
