Product Overview

Small round rubber feet serve as chair-leg protectors or contact pads beneath a matching furniture or equipment base. The required height is as important as the diameter: the feet should keep intended hard edges clear while leaving vents, access panels and other base features unobstructed.

Custom geometry and material choices allow the round contact to follow the mounting area. For a compact electronic product such as a laptop, use the intended foot positions and preserve the designed clearances. A furniture installation may require a different attachment and contact arrangement even when the visible foot is similar.

Evaluate the fitted set on the surface used in practice. Check that the base rests evenly and does not contact the surface through another projecting feature. Keep the feet clean and inspect any that have shifted or detached. When replacing one part, compare its installed height with the remaining feet; a new piece that sits taller can change how the whole item rests rather than simply restoring the missing contact.

Material options
Custom rubber compound and color, selected for the contact conditions and required geometry.
Hardness range
30–90 Shore A for rubber. Compare firmness under load at the intended contact face. Custom geometry and material choices allow the round contact to follow the mounting area.
Custom profile & fit

Rubber Feet Size Catalog

Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.

Recessed Rubber Feet

12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
