Match the attachment and installation method
Electrical silicone rubber bellow boots can cover a connection or cable region while allowing the intended movement. The boot should not pull on the connection as its folds extend or compress. Its end seats, working length and surrounding clearance need to be developed around the complete electrical assembly.
Custom material, dimensions, hardness and color are available. Define the connector and cable geometry, including any latch or service feature that must remain accessible. The selected formulation and finished construction should be evaluated for any required electrical or environmental function.
Check the boot through the normal movement range with the cable supports installed. Look for folds trapped against the connector or an end that starts to lift. The cover should not become the element that limits cable movement or disconnects a joint. During service, release the connection through its intended mechanism rather than pulling on the rubber. Inspect the folds and attachment areas before refitting, and clear debris that could interfere with seating or become trapped beside the electrical connection.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The boot should not pull on the connection as its folds extend or compress. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
