Silicone keypads can combine several push buttons in a single custom molded component. The membrane keeps the layout coordinated while the individual key faces can be shaped for their functions. Size, color, and marking options allow the interface to match the intended housing.
Develop the face area with the surrounding panel in mind. The part visible above the housing needs enough room for a finger and a clear legend, while the section underneath must align with the switch. Raised, recessed, printed, or color-filled identification can be selected according to the available space and how the controls are used.
Check that each key has sufficient clearance at its aperture and that the membrane is supported outside the moving areas. During assembly, avoid trapping an edge beneath a locating feature. Test the finished panel for independent operation of adjacent buttons, including keys near the outer perimeter. Keep the underside free of particles, and use gentle cleaning on the visible faces so dirt is removed without damaging the markings or disturbing the fit.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
