Custom chair leg tips form the rubber interface between a chair leg and its supporting surface. Their internal shape can follow the leg section, while the outside profile provides the desired appearance and contact area. Material, hardness, size and color are selected for the chair design.
Measure the portion of the leg that enters the tip, including any taper or seam. A cavity that fits at the mouth may still stop short if the leg widens further inside. Conversely, a large entrance chosen for easy assembly may leave insufficient contact around a straight leg. The seated depth should allow the leg end to bear in the intended area of the tip.
Check all fitted tips with the chair standing normally. Differences in insertion depth can leave one foot clear of the floor even when the rubber parts are identical. Keep the contact faces clean, particularly after moving the chair across a dusty surface. Inspect the bottoms for concentrated wear that could indicate an angled leg pressing against only one part of the rubber.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
