Match the attachment and installation method
A round rubber sealing washer should keep its inner edge supported around the opening as the joint closes. If the center clearance is too large or the mating face too narrow, the contact band can shift and leave uneven compression. Match the washer dimensions to the complete face geometry rather than a nearby O-ring size.
Select thickness and compound around the actual medium, temperature, and available gap. A conventional O-ring needs a different section and groove, so the chosen format should remain tied to the joint design. Check the fitting route for features that can cut or drag the rubber.
Place the washer flat and centered on clean surfaces. Close evenly and inspect for material displaced into the opening. During service, compare damage near the bore with the adjoining shoulder or passage. Correct a sharp or unsupported feature before replacement rather than choosing a tighter inner diameter that may stretch the washer and create a new distortion elsewhere in the contact band.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
