Silicone vacuum suction cups provide a molded contact surface for a suction arrangement. The custom profile should match the receiving surface and the way the cup attaches to the holder or vacuum system. The flexible lip is central to how the cup meets the workpiece.
Check that the intended contact area is smooth and continuous enough for the selected shape. A groove, raised mark, or local curve beneath the lip can interrupt contact even when the cup appears large enough. The mounting connection also needs to keep the cup aligned rather than pulling it sideways during attachment.
Clean the lip and workpiece surface before use, and inspect the rubber for small cuts or a distorted edge. Evaluate holding and release with the complete system under the actual load and movement conditions. A previous successful attachment on one surface does not establish a fixed capacity on another. During maintenance, replace damaged cups and keep their mating connections clean so the intended contact geometry is preserved when the component is returned to service.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
